CELEBRATE SUMMER WITH MIRASSOU SWEEPSTAKES
OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
SWEEPSTAKES ENTRANTS AND PRIZE RECIPIENTS MUST BE LEGAL RESIDENTS OF ONE OF THE FORTY-EIGHT (48) CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES OR THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA AND AT LEAST 21 YEARS OLD AT TIME OF ENTRY TO BE ELIGIBLE. VOID IN ALASKA, CALIFORNIA, HAWAII, TENNESSEE, UTAH, PUERTO RICO, OUTSIDE THE FORTY-EIGHT (48) CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES AND WHERE OTHERWISE PROHIBITED BY LAW. HOW TO ENTER: Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Daylight Savings Time ("EDT") on June 2, 2008 and ends at 11:59:59 PM EDT on July 31, 2008 (hereinafter, "Promotion Period"). To enter, visit www.mirassou.com, click on the "Celebrate Summer with Mirassou" Sweepstakes banner and follow the on-screen instructions by completing and submitting the required information on the Official Entry Form as directed. Entrants will be required to provide their complete name, address, telephone number, date of birth, and e-mail address. LIMIT ONE (1) ENTRY PER PERSON, PER HOUSEHOLD OR E-MAIL ADDRESS. Multiple or duplicate entries submitted will be disqualified. Entries are the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Sponsor is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, and/or incomplete due to computer or electronic malfunction or other error.
RANDOM DRAWING/SELECTION OF GRAND PRIZE WINNER: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received. The Random Drawing will be conducted on or about August 15, 2008 by Centra Marketing & Communications, an independent judging organization. Sweepstakes entrants agree to be bound by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of the judges, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to this Sweepstakes. One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded provided a sufficient number of entries are received during the Promotion Period.
ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: Grand Prize consists of a personal appearance of one (1) Wine Maker designated by Sponsor, food, beverages, rental of tables, chairs and accessories for a party up to thirty (30) people to be held in the backyard of the Grand Prize Winner's home; one (1) waiter/waitress; and $1,200 cash. The approximate retail value of the Grand Prize will not exceed $5,000. Any difference between stated approximate retail value and actual value of prize will not be awarded. Grand Prize Winner will be solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes on prizes. No alcoholic beverages will be provided and Grand Prize Winner will be solely responsible for purchasing and serving any and all alcoholic beverages during the party. Grand Prize must be redeemed by September 1, 2009. No substitution, assignment, or transfer of a prize permitted except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event that an offered prize is unavailable. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, in the event the Wine Maker is unavailable to appear at the Party as scheduled for whatever reason, Sponsor reserves the right to award the balance of the prize without such appearance. In the event the Grand Prize Winner's home does not include a backyard, the Grand Prize Party will take place at an alternate location designated by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to approve the Grand Prize Winner's Guest List and eliminate any guest from the Guest List at its sole discretion. Grand Prize Winner must supply Sponsor with his/her social security number for tax purposes.
CLAIMING PRIZE/RELEASE: Eligibility, age and prize claim by Grand Prize Winner is subject to verification. Grand Prize Winner will be notified by First Class Mail on or about August 29, 2008. Sponsor is not responsible for fraudulent calls or E-mails made to entrants not by Sponsor. Potential Grand Prize Winner must sign before a notary and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Prize Acceptance/Liability and (where legally permissible) a Publicity Release Form within ten (10) business days of receipt. If the Grand Prize Winner notification is returned as undeliverable, the Grand Prize Winner is ineligible, or the Grand Prize Winner declines the prize, the prize will be forfeited and the prize will be awarded to an alternate Grand Prize Winner in a random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries.
INTERNET: If for any reason this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to an infection by a computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. Use of bots or other automated process to enter is prohibited and may result in disqualification at the sole discretion of Sponsor. The Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. The Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by the Sponsor due to technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to prohibit the participation of an individual if fraud or tampering is suspected, or if the individual fails to comply with any requirement of participation as stated herein or with any provision in these Official Rules. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON(S) RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. In the event of a dispute as to the identity or eligibility of any entry based on an e-mail address, the entry will be declared made by the Authorized Account Holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, education institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.
GENERAL: By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants and Grand Prize Winner: (1) agree to be bound by these Official Rules; (2) agree to release Sponsor, its alcoholic beverage distributors, and retailers, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion fulfillment, judging agencies, and all related entities from all liability, claims, actions, or proceedings relating to the Sweepstakes or to injuries or damages relating to acceptance or use of a prize; (3) agree to share customer information contained in their entry with Sponsor and the Sweepstakes administrator and judging agency (Centra Marketing & Communications, LLC); (4) consent to the use of his/her name, voice, picture and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes in any medium throughout the world in perpetuity without additional compensation unless prohibited by law, and (5) acknowledge that the stated parties have neither made nor are responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any Prize, including but not limited to its quality, mechanical condition, or fitness for a particular purpose. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Sweepstakes, or in the announcement of the Prize Winner.
